Service was quick and my vehicle did not have grease on the mats, steering wheel, or door handles. Everyone was polite and attentive.

I used their service department, even though I have a dealer closer to me, for a repair to my vehicle. They got me in and out of service two different times quickly and they were respectful of my time. The whole process was flawless and I will be back for my future needs.

I’ve bought many cars both new and used over the years, but Tiffany was the best sales person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I called the dealership based on a listing I found online, and within 20 minutes she had already sent me a walk around video of the car, professionally introducing herself as well. It took a few days to work out the deal because we had a hurricane hit right in the middle of it, but she was always there, anytime I reached out, always ready to help in anyway she could. When I came to test drive, she had the car ready to go, and fully explained ALL ,the features. She even called my insurance agent and made sure everything was ironed out with them, and set me up with all the various Cadillac registrations. I couldn’t be happier about the service I got and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a new car. She’s the best!
