After shopping with five different GMC dealers across the Panhandle, Marianna Chevrolet GMC was easily the best experience. Blake was honest, upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. They treated me with respect, didn’t play the usual dealership games, and never pressured me in the finance office. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and I love my new GMC Canyon! Communication could have been better. Was told if part was ordered early enough that the vehicle would be ready the next day. Part was ordered early Thursday. Checked late Friday because I had not heard if the vehicle was ready. Was told part did not come in. Monday was a holiday, so that was understandable. Tuesday, no communication. I called Wednesday and was told that my vehicle had just been completed. My only complaint was being told that the part being ordered early Thursday, the vehicle should be ready Friday with no communication from the dealership unless I initiated it.
Clean, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, fair. We had a very good experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to get a new or used vehicle. Beth especially was a great sales woman. She was not the typical “shark like” salesperson people always fear. She was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, far from “pushy” in making a sale. I would definitely refer her to anyone looking for a vehicle and if she is still there when we get our next vehicle I know exactly who I want as my saleswoman

Showed up on a Saturday at 430 pm pulling a 12000 lbs Camper Trailer. Techs were there, diagnosed the problem failed solenoid. Had to order. Asked sales team, what do you have on the lot same specs, found a match. 3 hours later I was on my way back to Louisiana. Best team effort of any of my many vehicles encounters.
My experience buying my FIRST NEW CAR wasn’t stressful at all, even though I was a little nervous at first. Service repair took two visits totaling a month. I had to call to find out the status; never had the first call. Plus AI phone receptionist is a disaster and disrespectful for customers to not get a live person.
Oil and filter change with tire rotation. Prompt service and kept me advised as to status. Multi point inspection performed with no further service required at the present. Personnel friendly and helpful.
We came in to have a fuel injector replaced. It was previously replaced, but needed to be replaced again. Our second visit was much better with communication and the vehicle was even delivered to my husband's work.
Working with Mark was an absolute pleasure. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the right car for me without any high-pressure tactics.
I was prepared to trade my Colorado for a Toyota truck after my 3rd mechanical issue.But the professionalism and quick repair time of the service dept. has caused me to reconsider these folks are top tier
It took over a week for the repair. We drove it home. The next day it was leaking gas after having the fuel injectors replaced. When we called we were told to drive the vehicle back up there. Never offered a tow. By time we got up there, the vehicle was in reduce acceleration mode and the smell of gas was even stronger. Dropped it off on Friday. Had to call Saturday for an update. Now concerned about additional damage that the vehicle may have.
Was and have always received the best service from all involved with my service issues. Therefore I will continue to support them

I was looking for a Yukon Denali with specific options, and even though they didn’t have one on the lot, Mark spent several days checking with other dealerships to see if he could find exactly what I wanted. Because of my situation, the online scheduling service was OK but I needed to confirm a few things. Getting in touch with someone was a little difficult because of the automated service. Once I connect with Randy, he was amazing. He took care of everything and even found out that the part could be covered by #Warranty which was a blessing. Didn't even think that would be an option.

Took way too long for an oil change and a tire rotation, and after waiting over an hour. I had to reset my oil life indicator myself! I try hard to like this place. But im not sure ill give them another shot.

Excellent selection and excellent service from the sales staff! We have not seen a better selection of vehicles! They have multiple colors and trim levels and if they don't have it on the lot, they can get it quick. Their prices are less expensive than anywhere in the tri-state area. Sales staff is super friendly! Ask for Amanda Marshall! The Managment and finance teams are honest and not pushy! Felt like family! They are all really a team.
