Didn't Like that I had to say Two days in marriana and had to pay for a Hotel stay. But they found the problem and it was covered under the Factory Warranty so I was satisfied with the service with No additional charges.

Fast, efficient and professional service. The waiting area was super nice, and had everything you could want while waiting. They had it in and out in the amount of time they quoted me, which is wonderful because i had to go to work afterwards. Mark Bell was a GREAT salesman! Would rate him at 5 stars........As for our experience buying, it could have been better! We were NOT in the market for a new truck-but had engine trouble towing our camper home to Illinois. We were lucky to be in vicinity of Marianna GMC. Well my experience is i don't recommend using this dealership for anything. If your vehicle is under warranty. And you ask them to check out to see why your transmission is slipping. Even if your power train is under warranty. They still charge you to check it out. So I will never use this dealership for anything. Because they don't respect the general motors warranty. If you use this dealership they will screw you over. I will not tell anyone to use this dealership ever . It's not a good place
My family was traveling today to visit a sick relative when I had a message appear on my screen that the “steering column was unlocked.” We were near the Marianna dealership so we stopped by, hoping to get the code cleared or repaired. I contacted Marianna Chevrolet GMC about a vehicle. Tiffaney Powell was AMAZING!!! She got me into a 2021 Jeep Cherokee in no time. She was kind, thoughtful, and very personable. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Tiffaney to others.

The team was very timely with getting my vehicle into the shop for its oil change, the only issue was I had requested that my windshield wipers be changed, but that didn't happen, I even confirmed that it would be taken care of with representative at the service desk but it didn't happen

No pressure. Clear numbers breakdown. Not happy financing arrangement changed after contract was signed. Tires pressure was below manufactured recommended pressure.

My experience today on the purchase of my 2026 GMC Sierra SLT was awesome. The best that I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Tara in your service dept went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us when our transmission went out on our road trip back to Ga. She called several places to find us a rental large enough for all 4 of us, luggage and coolers full of fish! Then she personally drove us to Dothan, Al to get a rental truck. To top it off she climbed up on the back of the rental and helped transfer the heavy coolers! Talk about service. She’s a charm. Hold onto her. Promote her. She’s a born leader.
Would have given 5 stars. Communication could have been better. My 2 hr service took 4 hrs and caused a missed appointment No one communicated that it was going to be longer

When I finally made the decision to upgrade my vehicle calling Mark was a no brainer! I sent him a text on Sunday afternoon asking him to give me a call Monday and he responded within minutes. Company did good, but I paid for one service but that were not the problem to find out that the rear evaporator core had went out which were under warranty, but have not received the money back from the first service yet. That I was told would be refuned back. Not call back from warranty company either. ( Mr. Ray I were told that is handling that case.
