I’ve bought many cars both new and used over the years,
I’ve bought many cars both new and used over the years, but Tiffany was the best sales person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I called the dealership based on a listing I found online, and within 20 minutes she had already sent me a walk around video of the car, professionally introducing herself as well. It took a few days to work out the deal because we had a hurricane hit right in the middle of it, but she was always there, anytime I reached out, always ready to help in anyway she could. When I came to test drive, she had the car ready to go, and fully explained ALL ,the features. She even called my insurance agent and made sure everything was ironed out with them, and set me up with all the various Cadillac registrations. You’re guaranteed an exchange under the following conditions. The vehicle must be returned to the dealership where it was purchased or leased within three (3) business days prior to 5 PM CST. If the final day falls on a day when the dealership is closed, the period is extended by one day.
The vehicle must be in like-new condition, free from dents, scratches, stains, smoke, pet odors, or other damage, and must not have been involved in an accident.
The vehicle must have been driven less than 300 miles. If driven over 300 miles, a fee of $1.00 per additional mile will be charged.
