I was looking for a Yukon Denali with specific options, and even though they didn’t have one on the lot, Mark spent several days checking with other dealerships to see if he could find exactly what I wanted. He kept me updated, and even though he wasn’t able to locate one, I really appreciated how hard he worked on my behalf. What I liked most was that Mark never pressured me or tried to convince me to buy something that I didn’t want. He was friendly, personable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. If you’re looking for someone who’s easy to work with and genuinely wants to help, I’d definitely recommend Mark.
