He kept me updated, and even though he wasn’t able to locate one, I really appreciated how hard he worked on my behalf. What I liked most was that Mark never pressured me or tried to convince me to buy something that I didn’t want. He was friendly, personable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. You’re guaranteed an exchange under the following conditions. The vehicle must be returned to the dealership where it was purchased or leased within three (3) business days prior to 5 PM CST. If the final day falls on a day when the dealership is closed, the period is extended by one day.
The vehicle must be in like-new condition, free from dents, scratches, stains, smoke, pet odors, or other damage, and must not have been involved in an accident.
The vehicle must have been driven less than 300 miles. If driven over 300 miles, a fee of $1.00 per additional mile will be charged.
