You’re guaranteed an exchange under the following conditions. The vehicle must be returned to the dealership where it was purchased or leased within three (3) business days prior to 5 PM CST. If the final day falls on a day when the dealership is closed, the period is extended by one day.
The vehicle must be in like-new condition, free from dents, scratches, stains, smoke, pet odors, or other damage, and must not have been involved in an accident.
The vehicle must have been driven less than 300 miles. If driven over 300 miles, a fee of $1.00 per additional mile will be charged.

Every eligible used car purchased comes with 3-Month/3,000-Mile Powertrain Coverage through Owner Services, Inc. This coverage includes key component protection for the engine, transmission, and drive axle, as well as towing assistance and rental reimbursement for added peace of mind. Exclusions:
